PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

United Kingdom only: Free Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £20 (3–5 business days) Standard Delivery (under 1kg): £2.99 (3–5 business days) Standard Delivery (1kg–3kg): £4.99 (3–5 business days) Standard Delivery (over 3kg): £6.99 (3–5 business days)

Please note: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the courier's website. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Kitchify is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@kitchify.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.
